Meet Dr. Alyssa Bolger, PT, DPT
I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. My passion for pelvic health began during my first pregnancy, when I quickly realized how limited the support and resources were for moms. That experience inspired me to dedicate my career to changing the narrative and helping women feel strong, confident, and cared for during this important season of life.
As the owner of Crafted Core PT, my mission is to provide deeply personalized care that is explicitly crafted around your unique body, lifestyle, and goals. I am honored to serve our local Ahwatukee and Phoenix communities, offering a space where women can find true support and specialized expertise right in their neighborhood.
I earned both my Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences (2012) and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (2014) at Marquette University. My time there not only shaped my career but also led me to meeting my husband. Since then, I have pursued advanced training including certifications in Dry Needling, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Functional Yoga, and completion of the Female Hormone Masterclass. I use a holistic, whole-body approach that allows me to meet each individual exactly where she is—whether that means recovering postpartum, preparing for birth, or returning to the activities she loves.
Having coached and played competitive sports myself, my roots are deeply planted in the athletic world. Because of this background, I love working with female athletes who want to optimize their performance from the inside out.
I’m also a mom to two young kids, so I understand firsthand the joys and challenges that come with this stage of life. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll most likely find me outdoors or staying active with my family. Movement and time in nature are what keep me grounded, and I love helping the women I work with find that same balance and strength.
My mission is to empower you with the knowledge, resources, and support you need to feel your best in motherhood and movement. I can’t wait to help you not just get through this season—but thrive in it.
